I found out what the problem was: the mail
the president of your co-operative sent went directly to spam. We read it
and my pupils are preparing an answer.
They are very happy to hear that you are going to send letters and they are
very excited about the idea of having pen friends.
I am pleased to receive news from you. Let me say that I am very surprised because in every class the pupils responsible for the mail are telling me there is no news from your end. I think there must be a misunderstanding, anyway we are going to solve it.
Our address is: Colegio La Inmaculada (Cooperativa EJE INMAgenio) Av. Aureliano San Román 30, 33011 Oviedo-Spain
As we said we are very interested in receiving the magazine with our photo in it.
Next week I will tell my students about the situation with the emails.
I can assure you they are very interested in interchanging mails, letters o whatever.
Yes, we are choosing products and it’s very interesting they exchange information.
Take care, too.

Asunto: Hello Antonio
Hope you are well?
I hope you can help me?
Our students have been trying to email your students using firstname.lastname@example.org and have not had a reply.
Phoenix International email address is : email@example.com
Could you ask your students to check their email and send one back to us so that students can start regular communication.
Antonio – I am sending you letters to your school from our students in the post – hopefully students can also start written communication ( pen friend style) with each other?
What is your school address? Could you please email me back this information
Are your students any further along with choosing products to export here?
